I feel a very deep connection with The Princess of Wands because she represents freedom, and flights of fancy. She is fun and impulsive! She marches to the beat of her own drum, and doesn’t care what anyone else thinks about it. She is who I was as a teenager.
Being around this kind of person/energy can be incredibly inspiring, if not down right thrilling. There’s always something fun on the horizon, and new experiences to be had. Filled with passion and excitement, there’s not much room left to think things through (which can be part of the fun!)
However, be careful when getting swept up by the fickle passions of the Princess of Wands, in her negative aspect she becomes the drama queen — superficial and shallow, the world revolving around her and the problems she has created for herself— a perpetual victim.
Insatiable and reckless in both aspects, she is a force to behold.
I love the Princess of Wands because there was a time in my life when I embodied her perfectly. I left many broken hearts in my wake and never realized (maybe I didn’t want to realize) how my actions so deeply affected those around me.
I’m very fond of her because she was me, and in some ways she still is me, just a little bit older and wiser. Today I’m more like the Queen of Wands, but I’ll always have a special place in my heart for the Princess of Wands and those people in my life that embody her qualities.
